Leith M. Masri

Leith is a Founder and Partner of Foursan Group. Previously, Leith was with the Blackstone Group in New York, a leading US private equity house with $100 billion in assets raised for alternative asset investing. At Blackstone, he focused on Private Equity/Leveraged Buyouts as well as on Mergers and Acquisitions.

Leith is the Chairman of Estarta Solutions and is a Director of Foursan Capital Partners I, Arab Wings, Edgo Group, Palestine Telecom and Royal Jordanian Air Academy, as well as being a Trustee of Medical Aid for Palestinians. Leith is also an attorney admitted to the New York Bar.

Leith received his Juris Doctorate in Law and Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.

 
Nashat T. Masri

Nashat is a Founder and Partner of Foursan Group. He joined Foursan from J.P. Morgan, where he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group, with a focus on financial institutions. His experience includes mergers, acquisitions and advisory assignments in the US, Europe and Latin America.

Nashat is a Director of Foursan Capital Partners I, the Jordan Fund, Al-Isra Education & Investment Plc, the Aqaba Development Corporation, Cairo Amman Bank and Estarta Solutions.

Nashat received a Masters of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.

 
Shahm M. Al-Wir

Prior to joining Foursan, Shahm was with Debevoise & Plimpton in New York, a leading global law firm, having spent over six years focusing on US and Middle Eastern mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactional and advisory work. Shahm has extensive experience working with private equity funds in investing, monitoring and exiting target investments.

Shahm is a Director of Foursan Capital Partners I and Estarta Solutions. He is also the President of the Harvard Arab Alumni Association. Shahm is an attorney admitted to the New York Bar.

Shahm received a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a Bachelors of Arts in Government, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.

 
Jameel N. Anz, CFA

Prior to joining Foursan in 2005, Jameel worked at the Arab Bank, the largest financial institution in Jordan and one of the top 10 largest banks in the Arab world, where he focused on credit risk analysis and financial modeling for projects in the fields of energy, utilities, petrochemicals and real estate for government and corporate clients in the MENA region and internationally. Jameel was also part of the team responsible for the Securitization Initiative and the introduction of Structured Investment Vehicles at the Arab Bank.

Jameel is the President of CFA Jordan, a member of the CFA Institute and is a Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA® Charterholder. Jameel is also a frequent lecturer in Accounting, Economics, Finance and Business Ethics.

Jameel received an MBA in Finance with Highest Honors from New York Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics with Great Distinction from McGill University.
